Canadian E Market COVID-19 Delivery Guidelines for Courier Partners
Hello Courier Partners,
In addition to the Safety rules already set at both the provincial and national levels, we encourage you to follow the delivery guidelines listed below to stay safe while you are working.
- Use clean gloves and nasal masks from the start till the end of each shift
- Maintain the social distancing rule and keep a distance of at least 6 feet or 2 metres from others during pick up at the store and upon delivery to the customer
- Use alcohol-based hand sanitizers frequently
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with your hands
- Contact the customers prior to delivery to inform them of contact-less/curbside delivery
- Wash your hands for at least 20secs
